Pez Outlaw, Know Your Job #pezoutlaw

Please Watch My Emmy Winning Movie, The Pez Outlaw on Amazon Prime & Peacock. 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. Best actor at SXSW.

It's My Story.

Know Your Job, Do Your Job. Nothing Is More Important.

Billy Dog story/post.

Billy Dog has turned the corner. She still knows what fun is but she is starting to understand her role here on the farm.

You do not have to teach a good dog how to be a good watch dog. A good dog just becomes aware of the responsibility.

Billy Dog has started taking an interest in the motion of her environment, that it must turn in a proper n expected manner.

Billy Dog is now stepping back a bit from being in the center of anything that's going on. Starting to prefer to observe.
Cars that go by in front of the house are now watched.
People are now watched. A good dog must be a bit reserved by choice.
She is beginning to have opinions, she does not approve of gunfire. It happens around here.

The other night the dogs were upset, so somebody had to go out n check. Since Rudy passed I've had to do this alone cause pink would run once nobody was found n proby is an in close fighter.
This time though ole Bill said yes let's do this. She moved slowly n methodically all around cars etc. I'm Very proud, Very proud. Rudy n Cheeka would aprove n they were the mark.

It's been a long road but my little Billy Dog is home now n balance has been restored to our universe.
As always now it's time to start thinking about training the next one.

Thinking, thinking, I'm not ready yet.

After Pez Outlaw, I intend to retire.

Gettin Chased By The Poop Stick! #pezoutlaw

Please Watch My Emmy Winning Movie, The Pez Outlaw on Amazon Prime & Peacock. 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. Best actor at SXSW.

It's My Story.

We all poop, so I should be able to talk about this.

Don't Get The Wrong End Of The Stick!

You do know where the term "the Wrong End Of The Stick" comes from.

In the old days when a lot of people had n used outhouses for going potty.

The deposits would form a pointy hill kinda tall.

You would use a stick to knock it down to even/level.

Chase your brother with that stick n Hey Buddy, Don't Get The wrong End Of The Stick.

Was there ever an incident where one of your brothers was chased by the other with one form of poo or another on the end of a stick?

"Yeah sure one of my brothers?" Why not.

Didn't everybody?

Were there outhouses in my neighborhood when I was a child?
Yes.
Ever use them?
Of course, then & as recently as yesterday.
After all, this round here is Country.

The Other End Of The Stick

I can't seem to get on the right end of the stick on this one.
Seems like I'm expected to hustle cooperate n expedite everything.
I agree because even if I objected it would come to no good outcome.
So I agree then as asked I expidite.
After a problem occurs I hustle to provide info, then I expedite as requested.

Then I wait, wait n wait some more.
My end of the stick seems to be of zero importance.
It is not expedited. I can wait. I guess I'm just not priority.

A statement of fact, not a pity party.
You say what's on your mind.
I'm sure they must have been real busy n they will get to it as fast as they can.
I had a dog named Rudy. Rudy remembered everything n it affected her future relationship with you.
No Big but it does, doesn't it.

After Pez Outlaw, I intend to retire.

We're Walking, We're Walking n We're Not Touching That. #pezoutlaw

Please Watch My Emmy Winning Movie, The Pez Outlaw on Amazon Prime & Peacock. 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. Best actor at SXSW.

It's My Story.

You know how people are always asking you, How much crazy you got in that bag?
Considerable Son, Considerable.
And the thing is I can get it out to play whenever I want.

If 99 people say yes and you are the only one that says no, what is the conclusion?
For me, the 99 are wrong.
To me this is not defiance, it's a belief to your core in yourself and what you believe.

I believe it possible that one person can see something true in a fog.
It takes more conviction to stand by a lone belief than to agree in a crowd.
Independent Unique thought is very precious.

There is a lot of pressure from all directions to conform nowadays.
Very few are able to withstand that pressure.
Your capitulation is sought to validate group think.

You perceive that a crowd in unanimous agreement is strength.
Truth is there inability to tolerate independent thought shows how weak there position is.
There is safety in group think agreement, that a voice from the wilderness challenges.

True strength is the ability to stand alone and defend or exhibit independent thought.

People say to me.
They'd never make a movie out of my life.
It's to boring.

Well you haven't got your crayons out yet, have you?
It's not your life that's boring, it's how you view that life.

Every since I've taken over writing my life, I'm a happier person.
Of course that means adding a lot of characters that folks enjoy hearing about.
Or is it that they are polite about? Either way I'm happier.

There is crazy and there is CRAZY.
Truth is there is a very big difference.
My kind of crazy is fun and full of good stories.
I don't even want to give voice to the other kind.

That was the disclaimer.
It's actually sad that I even had to give it.
But you know current events etc, best to say it.

Now I'm depressed.
We'll be right back after a word from our sponsors.

Pez Outlaw, If Wishes Were Horses #pezoutlaw

Please Watch My Emmy Winning Movie, The Pez Outlaw on Amazon Prime & Peacock. 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. Best actor at SXSW.

It's My Story.

Mystic Pez Outlaw

Today while making my daily pilgrimage to the throne of wisdom I realized something profound.
I really don't care anymore about much of anything.
Youthful proclamations of a deeply held beliefs and opinions about everything, are gone.

For 20 years now I've been slipping these notes under the door with no clue what becomes of them.
That said, from the confines of this room "for my protection" I've gotta tell you I'm rather pleased with my progress.

When you accept truth
There is pain
Truth also brings freedom

Gone are smiles that hide anger
20yrs of work disregarded
A lifetime reduced to a fairytale

Words only have meaning if you recognize them.
Rejection is an old friend.
My first lesson was no.

The faction that initiated the action is no longer a factor.
With discretion I am released from my bonds, new hope is in the air.
After 5 years I'm letting an unrequited love go.

Silence, A show of good faith
I will not talk in class
Darkness my reward

Lessons learned as a child
Repeated throughout
Life becomes memory

The look, the action
New to you, deja vu to me
Shallow praise followed by rejection

Whispers poison the well
Allegiances shift with the wind
Startled by the loss, what remains is the truth

I can't control your perception of reality
That belongs to you
I must accept it as your truth

Random moods
A moment here, a moment there
Time is as one

With all my heart I wanted to believe
My devotion was spurned
With new hope I choose a new direction.

Funny how life sneaks up on you.
When you least expect it something new approaches.
First you resist because it's easier to follow an old path than strike out anew.

Once I embraced the new possibility, I found it very refreshing.
No more fantasy, just the truth.
I love fantasy, but even I didn't recognize him.

The separation will make old barriers unimportant.
How many oceans must you cross to remove bias?
Through what lens do you look to see truth.

I begin the journey again.
Hope fuels my dreams.
I have no answer to why I continue.

Unrelated

In my years selling Pez as Pez Outlaw I'd venture to say that I sold 1 of about everything that existed at the time. At leas 1 of ea.

I think I sold roughly 2 Make A Faces, 1 loose n 1 MOC.

The loose one went fine but boy did I hate that one that was MOC.
The MOC Make A Face that I sold was probably the hardest thing to sell that I ever had.
I barely broke even on the darn thing. Needless to say I'm not a Make A Face fanboy.
I had to reduce the price n I believe throw in a Black Santa to get rid of the $#%? thing.

Signing Pez
Kathy says, $9.95 signed. $19.95 unsigned.
God I love her.
There already signed though, no take-backs.

After Pez Outlaw, I intend to retire.

Pez Corporate Fraud, Pez Color War, Restitution.

Pie in the sky.
Livin on dreams
Roles to play.
Wishing I could take the burden.

Tightly gripping the edge.
Dreaming of sounder ground.
Redemption just out of reach.

Hold the dream close.

Pez Outlaw, 2 Worlds #pezoutlaw

Please Watch My Emmy Winning Movie, The Pez Outlaw on Amazon Prime & Peacock. 100% on Rotten Tomatoes. Best actor at SXSW.

It's My Story.

I walk between two worlds. Pez Outlaws world and the simple life I live here on the farm.
3 hours, mornings, are spent working here on the computer promoting Pez Outlaw.
The rest of my productive hours, afternoons, are spent feeding watering the horses and general farm work.

Once Pez Outlaw is a success, I plan to leave him behind and turn to the farm full time.
So getting Pez Outlaw strong enough so that he can stand on his own is my goal right now.

To be honest with you all these people that are working on what I'm not allowed to talk about have gone silent. I hear nothing and nobody is contacting me in any fashion anymore.
Though I knew going in that it could be between 1 and 3 years.

You know it's just one of those deals where everybody is your best buddy until you sign all the contracts. Then, well then buddy your on your own again.

Though I'm not sure I care anymore.
The intensity of the fight that was all consuming for over ten years has left me.
I want this to work but I'm not sure I care as much as I did a decade ago.

For 15 years almost in one way or another I have been writing about Pez Outlaw.
Nothing changed within me until I started writing here in Notes From The Asylum.
I have found more peace over the whole Pez thing in 5 months writing in Notes From The Asylum than I did in a decade writing in Pez Outlaw Diary.

I view it as it took the Diary for me to be able to get to the Asylum.
Long story short, I'm in a better place now, thanks to the Asylum.
Instead of being upset about something that happened, I'm daily looking inward and reflecting on things.
Not to mention that Notes From The Asylum is more rewarding.

Well there you go, that's my deal for today.

I always follow back after someone follows me on twitter.
I always friend back on facebook.
except pages I consider not in good taste.

After Pez Outlaw, I intend to retire.
